Return and Refund Policy

1 - REFUND

Full Refund is only applicable if : 

1. You received damaged or defective item 
2. You do not receive your order in 60 days 
3. You received the wrong item

Once your photo of evidence is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days

 

2 - ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact support@ardenideas.com to request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 12 hours, your order has already been shipped out and can no longer be modified. 

Please note, there are no refunds or cancellations 12 hours after your order was placed.

 

3 - RETURN

If you are not completely satisfied with your  order, you can return the item to us for any reason within 15 days of receiving your order. After we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund to you. Send us an email at support@ardenideas.com to resolve the matter.

If you received damaged or wrong item, you don't have to return the item. Instead, we will deliver a replacement to you for free.

 

4 - EXCHANGE

You can return the item to us for an exchange. The item must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order. After we receive your item, we will deliver the exchange order to you for free. Send us an email at support@ardenideas.com to resolve the matter.
